There was a well-known entrepreneur in Taiwan. He started an undertaking which sold Supra shoes in the market. When he was young, he had realized that reputation was a lifelong treasure. Of course , integrity was the best image of a businessman.
Once, he borrowed 500 dollars from a bank. Actually, he didn’t lack money. He borrowed money from the bank for establishing his reputation.
The 500 dollars which he borrowed stayed in his house. He didn’t used the money actually. He repayed the money to the bank immediately when he receive the notice of reminder.
He said: “I don’t lack money. I don’t need to borrow the money. But I need the reputation.”
Since then, banks had trust in him. He could get a large loan.
